Homemade Desserts
Our desserts are all strictly homemade, with shelled and stone-ground flours of types 1 and 2, certified free-range eggs and selected products of the highest quality.
There are the classic traditional desserts such as Tiramisu, trifle, chocolate salami, apple pie, jam tart, caramelized pears in red wine, panna cotta with raspberry coulis, zabajone cream and Cheesecake.
We also added spoonfuls such as Bavarian to 3 Belgian chocolates, Belgian Caramelia Chocolate Mousse, Crème brulée and vegan tiramisu (no eggs or dairy products).
