Homemade Pasta


To give you a pasta of the highest quality, rich in taste, with the right amount of fiber and high digestibility, we use STONE HULLED PRIMITIVE flours of TYPE 2 from Molino Pasini di Cesole di Marcaria, Mantua and certified farm-raised eggs from hens. Le Naturelle.

The pasta al torchio is bronze drawn while the stuffed one is handcrafted as required by the most ancient of traditions.
