Roasts and Boiled Meats
The specialty of the house is the trolley of roasts and boiled meats, from which the customer is served directly to the table.
You can choose between different cuts of meat, such as Cappello del prete, Veal head, Salted and natural tongue, Cotechino, Royal rolled veal, Pork cup, Smoked ham, Pork shank and Chicken accompanied by the typical Pearà, Crèn, Mustard sauces. Mantuan apple sauce, green sauce (Bagnet verd) and spicy pepper sauce and also hot side dishes such as mashed potatoes, peperonata, sweet and sour onions, sautéed mushrooms and sautéed cooked vegetables.
A carousel of flavors that since 1968 is still an unmissable dish to understand our gastronomic tradition.
